Start here: who took your money
HTML to APK Pro is sold as a subscription through Google Play, inside our Android app, HTML & ZIP to APK Builder. Google is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the receipt, manages renewals and processes refunds. We never see or hold your card details.
That means a refund request goes to Google first, not to us. It is also good news — Google's process is self-service and fast for recent purchases.
The free tier means you can try before paying
Before anything else: the free tier builds real, signed, installable APKs with no watermark and no expiry. You can convert your site, install the app on your phone and confirm it does what you need without paying. We would much rather you did that than bought Pro and asked for it back.
How to request a refund from Google
1. Within 48 hours of purchase
Google Play offers self-service refunds for recent purchases. Open the Play Store → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history, find the purchase, and choose Request a refund. These are usually granted automatically.
2. After 48 hours
Use Google's refund request form at Google Play Help. Google reviews it, sometimes consults us, and decides. Explain what went wrong — a specific reason gets a better outcome than "changed my mind".
3. Tell us too
Email support@saiftech.com with your account email and what happened. If Google asks us to confirm a refund, we say yes for any of the reasons below — but we can only do that if we know your request exists.
When we support a refund
We will back your request without argument if:
- Pro did not unlock on your account after a successful purchase, and we could not fix it.
- A Pro feature you paid for was broken and we could not resolve it in reasonable time.
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- A renewal was charged after you told us you wanted to cancel and we failed to advise you to cancel in Play.
- Someone bought a subscription on your account without permission.
What is not refundable
Being straight about this saves everyone time:
- A subscription period you have already used. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period retroactively.
- Google Play rejecting your app. Store review is Google's decision and depends on your content, not on our build. Our publishing guide covers the policies that cause rejections — read it before you subscribe.
- Your website not working as an app. The free tier exists precisely so you can test this first. The validator flags the common causes before you build.
- A lost signing key or password. We cannot recover these, and losing one is not a service failure.
- Not using the subscription. Forgetting to cancel is not by itself a refund reason, though Google sometimes grants these anyway.
Cancelling
Cancel in Google Play, not here — we have no ability to cancel a Play subscription on your behalf. Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → HTML & ZIP to APK Builder → Cancel subscription.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and apps you built with Pro features remain yours — already-downloaded files are unaffected.
Statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law in your own country, including any statutory right to cancel a digital purchase. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, local law wins.
