Subscriptions are billed by Google Play — start with our refund policy, which explains what Google handles and what we can.

This opens your own mail app with the details filled in — we do not run a form that quietly drops messages into a database nobody reads.
What to include
Support is one person, not a queue of agents, so a message with these in it is usually answered in one round trip instead of four:
- The account email you sign in with, if the problem involves builds or Pro.
- What you were doing — which step, which button, which project.
- The exact error text, copied rather than described. Screenshots are welcome.
- Device and Android version, if the problem is in a built app rather than the builder.
- Whether it ever worked, and what changed if it did.
Response times
Usually within 24 hours.
Two things to try before writing, because they resolve most messages faster than we can: the FAQ, and — for a build that produced a blank or broken app — the HTML validator, which finds the usual causes in seconds.
Where we are
Sialkot, Pakistan. We are online rather than walk-in; email is the reliable route.
