These terms are an agreement between you and Faisal Nadeem ("we", "us") covering htmltoapk.com, the HTML to APK builder, the free tools and the HTML to APK Android app (together, "the Service"). By using the Service you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to enter a contract. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Your account
Building apps requires an account. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for everything done through it. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and you may close yours at any time from the builder.
3. Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to the websites, files, images and apps you put into the Service. We claim no ownership of them.
You grant us only the permission we need to operate: to store, transmit, process and package your content for the purpose of producing the app you asked for. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
4. What you must not do
You may not use the Service to:
- Convert or distribute content you do not own or have permission to use. Wrapping someone else's website is not permitted — see our DMCA policy.
- Build apps containing malware, spyware, or anything designed to harm devices or deceive users.
- Impersonate another person, business or app, or pass your app off as someone else's.
- Build apps that are illegal where they are distributed, or that infringe intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
- Distribute content that is unlawful, that sexualises minors, or that promotes violence or hatred against people.
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the limits of the Service, including build quotas and account restrictions.
- Resell or rebrand the Service as your own without a written agreement with us.
We may remove content, refuse a build, or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
5. Your app, your responsibility
The app the Service produces is yours, and so is everything about it once it exists: what it contains, where you distribute it, and whether it complies with the rules of any store you publish to. Google Play's policies — including its minimum functionality policy for apps that wrap websites — are between you and Google. We cannot guarantee that any app will be accepted by any store.
You are also responsible for your own signing keys. If you lose a key or its password, you will not be able to update your published app, and we cannot recover it for you.
6. Free tier, limits and Pro
The free tier builds APK files and applies limits, including a cooldown between builds and a cap on upload size. Pro removes some of those limits and adds features described on the pricing page.
Pro is sold as a subscription through Google Play in our Android app. Billing, renewals, receipts and cancellation are handled by Google under Google's terms; we receive only your subscription status. Cancel in Google Play, not here. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
We may change the limits or the features in a tier. Where a change materially reduces what an active subscription provides, we will tell subscribers before it takes effect.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Builds depend on third-party infrastructure that can fail. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service; where we discontinue something significant, we will give reasonable notice so you can download what you need.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service itself — the site, the builder, the tools, the guides, the app runtime and our branding — remains ours. These terms give you a licence to use it, not to copy it. The apps you build with it are excluded from this: those are yours.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that an app you build will function on every device, be accepted by any app store, or meet any particular commercial goal.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from content you put into the Service, apps you distribute using it, or your breach of these terms — including claims that your app or its content infringes someone's rights.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law — do.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be notified to account holders. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
